Shaker Heights Foreclosed Home Set for Auction

One Shaker Heights home in foreclosure is scheduled for a sheriff's sale this week, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

The home at 16718 Kenyon Road will go up for auction. The site does not list an appraisal cost for the site, but the minimum bid is $25,025.53.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.
