Shaker Heights Home Up for Auction Monday

We rounded up the foreclosed homes up for sale this week

One Shaker Heights home in foreclosure is scheduled for a sheriff's sale this week, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

The home, a brick condo at 3271 Warrensville Center Road, #8B, is valued at $18,000 and its minimum bid is $12,000.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.
