Man Who Followed Teen Charged With Indecent Exposure
Officers believe they caught the man who a teen said followed her in his car, touching himself, earlier this month.

Shaker Heights Police believe that they have caught the man a teen said while she was walking to school last week.
The 51-year-old Shaker Heights man was arrested last week and charged with two counts of indecent exposure.

Shaker Heights Police said that a 17-year-old girl was walking to school when she noticed a car driving behind her slowly. She turned around and looked in the window and spotted a man with his penis in his hand, watching her.
Police say that the suspect conducted similar behavior in another incident in January of this year.

His charges are each first-degree misdemeanors carrying maximum penalties of six months in jail and $1,000 fines.
