Shaker Heights Students Finalists in Essay Contest

Two Shaker Heights High School students are among the 10 finalists in the “Stop the Hate” contest. 

Shaker Heights students Evelyn Ting, a senior, and Abby White, a sophomore, landed among the 10 finalists for their essays to stop hatred, as part of the 5^th annual Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage Stop the Hate: Youth Speak Out! contest.

GRAND SCHOLARSHIP WINNER ($50,000 Scholarship)

SECOND PLACE ($25,000 Scholarship)

Kelly Knaser, Wickliffe High School – 12th grade

THIRD PLACE ($15,000 Scholarship)
