Three Foreclosed Shaker Heights Homes for Sale Today

Three foreclosed Shaker Heights homes are up for sheriff's sales today, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Shaker properties in today's sale:

• 18214 Van Aken Blvd.; appraised value $150,000; minimum bid $100,000

• 3644 Rolliston Road; appraised value $25,000; minimum bid $16,667

• 3605 Daleford Road; appraised value $10,000; minimum bid $6,667

Four homes in the city have been sold this month as part of sheriff's sales. The largest purchase took place Oct. 15 when Federal National Mortgage Association bought a condominium at 19901 Van Aken Blvd. for $116,134.
