Two Foreclosed Shaker Heights Homes to Be Auctioned Monday

Two foreclosed homes in Shaker Heights will be auctioned in this week's sale, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.
Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.
- 20820 Farnsleigh Drive; appraised value $55,000; minimum bid $36,667.
- 3535 B Glencarin Road; appraised value $45,000; minimum bid $30,000.
