Solon Historical Society Talks About Early Auto History

On January 24 at 7:30 p.m. welcomes Bainbridge Historical Society Historian, Bill Takacs as he transports us from 1800’s carriage travel to the early autos produced in Cleveland up to the 1930s, highlighting the Model β€œT” and Baker Electric Assembly Lines. Cleveland was at one time the largest producer of autos before Detroit’s expansion.

Also this evening is home baked pie night when all are invited to bring their favorite pie to share following the program.

The Museum is located at the corner of Bainbridge and S.O.M. Center ( RT 91 ) Roads. Attendance is free but all are encouraged to become Society Members.
