Anthony Collica Wins Wrestling National Championship

Anthony Collica is a two-time state wrestling champion.

Now he's a national champion too.

Collica won the 145-pound weight class in the Junior Nationals Freestyle Wrestling tournament, which features the nation's best high school wrestlers. The tournament wrapped up last weekend in Fargo, N.D.

Collica came from behind in the championship match to defeat a wrestler from Missouri. Last year, Collica finished fourth at the national tournament.

Collica will be a senior at Solon this year.
