Go To Tuscany With The Solon Chamber

The is inviting its members and area residents to join them on a memorable trip to Tuscany, Italy! The trip is sponsored by the Solon Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Action Travel and ABC Destinations.  

A first informational meeting is scheduled for tonight, April 17 at 6 p.m. at the Action Travel Center, located at 5900 Harper Road. A second meeting will be held in May at the Solon Library.

Trip attendees will participate in a 9-day trip to Tuscany, November 1-9, 2012,  for an immersion into the culture, tastes and sights that make this area of Italy truly outstanding.  The trip will include full day tours of Florence, San Gimignano and Siena.  Additional tours are available, including a 3-day extension to Rome.  Don’t forget the fabulous shopping for leather, jewelry, ceramics and more. 

The trip includes roundtrip international air from Cleveland. One of the best features is that travelers will stay in the same first class hotel for their entire stay, making Montecatini their home base. Included in the tour are daily breakfasts and dinners, deluxe air-conditioned motor coach with experienced drivers and an English-speaking tour guide.  A representative from the Solon Chamber will accompany the tour.

Cost of the trip is $2,679 double occupancy which includes taxes and fuel surcharges.  The single occupancy supplement is $153 per person.
