Gas Station Worker Attacked By Two Men

A gas station worker in Solon was attacked by an two men after he asked to see their identification when they tried to buy cigars, according to .
Arrested and charged with assault was Joshua Matthew Young, 18, of Centerville, and a 17-year-old boy from Cincinnati. The teen was also charged with underage drinking.
According to the police report, the two entered the Circle K at the corner of Aurora and Harper roads after midnight on July 23.

The clerk, a 39-year-old man, asked for their IDs when they tried to buy cigars. They didn't have it, so they started arguing with the clerk and insulting the clerk, according to the report.
The clerk came around the counter to escort them out, and the two attacked him, hitting him in the head and neck, the report said.
