Hold the Salt: Boston Market To Remove Salt Shakers From Tables

Boston Market, which has a , plans to remove salt shakers from its restaurant tables in an effort to lower sodium use by its customers, according to USA Today.

Salt will still be available at the condiment bar, but the restaurant chain said the move will help customers use less salt. Boston Market also plans to cut the amount of sodium in its popular rotisserie chicken, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes dishes.
