Man Defies Solon Police, Urinates in Parking Lot

A drunk man kicked out of on Dec. 30 apparently really had to go.

The 31-year-old Burton man asked officers -- who were called to the restaurant to escort him out after they complained about his belligerent behavior -- if he could urinate in the parking lots. The officers, who were waiting for the man's friend to pick him up, said no.

According to a police report, the man kept asking the officers if he could use the parkng lot to relieve himself. The answer remained no.

So when his ride showed up the man went to get into the car, but stopped suddenly and began urinating in the parking lot.

Instead of climbing into his friend's car, he was put in the back of a police cruiser. The man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
