A Chagrin Falls man described as a 'minor shareholder' of a Solon company tried to push his way into the business and threatened the employees with guns when they didn't let him in, according to a report.

Arrested and charged with assault was Nathaniel Hawthorne, 68, of Chagrin Falls.

Hawthorne entered Epic Communications, located on Solon Road, at about 1:30 p.m. April 23 and told the workers he was a part owner of the company and had come to check on things.
