Men From Indiana Cause Traffic Mischief on Solon Road

Two young men from Indianapolis decided to cause some mischief in Solon on May 2 by blocking off Solon Road with traffic cones, according to .
An officer on patrol at about 11:19 p.m. noticed that Solon Road near Aurora Road was blocked by traffic cones. He approached to investigate and saw two men moving the cones -- which belonged to a road striping company -- around the street.
The two men ran off, but police caught them at Solon Motel.

The men -- Aaron Jason Wellman, 18, and Joshua Eberhard, 22, both of Indianapolis -- were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
