Solon Baseball Wins Two Games This Weekend
The Comets moved to 10-5 after wins over Lakewood and Aurora this weekend.
The Solon Comets won two games this weekend to bring their record to 10-5.
The Comets on Friday defeated Lakewood 9-4 after a six-run sixth inning. Solon was led by Chris D'Amato, who had two singles, scored a run, hit in a run and stole a base.
Aaron Epstein pitched for the Comets and got the win. He is now 4-0 on the season.

On Saturday, the Comets won against Aurora 3-1 behind Bryce Littell, who had a double and scored two runs.
Danny Sutyak started for Solon on the mound and collected the win. He is now 2-2 on the year.

The Comets were supposed to play a double header against the Greenmen, but the second game was rained out.
