Solon Hockey Season Ends With Loss To Gilmour
Gilmour shut out the Comets 9-0 Friday night in second round of the state qualifying tournament in Kent.
The season for the Solon Comets Hockey Team ended Friday night as Solon was defeated 9-0 by Gilmour.
The loss came in the second round of the state qualifying tournament at Kent State Ice Arena.
The hockey team finished with a 20-7-1 record. It marked the last season for Coach Michael Licata, who is moving out of the state.
