Solon Man Arrested For Drunken Driving For Eighth Time

A Solon man was arrested Sunday and charged with drunken driving for the eighth time, according to .
Dean Matthew Klembus, 48, of Aurora Road in Solon, was charged with drunken driving and failure to stay in marked lanes. He recorded a .249 blood-alcohol level, more than three-times the legal limit of .08.
Klembus was pulled over on Aurora Road after police say he turned right onto Aurora Road from the left-turn-only lane on SOM Center Road, according to the police report.

Klembus has seven prior convictions for drunken driving, and five in the last 20 years, according to Solon Police.
Because of that, Klembus's drunken driving charges are fourth-degree felonies.

Police seized the car Klembus was driving and his license was suspended.
