Charles Randazzo, who pleaded guilty to bribery and who testified against former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora earlier this year, will be sentenced this week in federal court.

A Solon man and who testified against former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora will be sentenced this week in federal court.
Charles Randazzo, who ran Twinsburg-based Financial Network of America, will be sentenced Wednesday. Randazo could get 8 to 14 months in prison, but also could get house arrest, according to WKYC Channel 3.
Randazzo admitted to bribing Dimora and former Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank Russo in exchange for business for his company.

Randazo bribed Dimora with artificial palm trees and a tiki hut for his back yard, tickets to a Cleveland Cavaliers game, plus meals and drinks over a period of years.
In exchange, prosecutors say Dimora helped Randazzo's company be selected as the county's deferred compensation provider. Russo used his position as auditor to introduce Randazzo to an employee in the county's payroll department.
