Starbucks Drive-Thru Plan Requires Variances

Plans for a drive-thru at the new Starbucks location in Solon will need a zoning variance.

Starbucks will be a tenant in a building currently under construction at Solon Village, formerly known as Solar Center.

The plan is to build a drive-thru and fenced in patio at Starbucks. To do that, Developer Echo Solon needs to City Council approval for a setback variance for the drive-thru lane and a modification to the site plan.
