Teen Arrested After Urinating on Solon Man's Fence
A 9-year-old girl watched a 17-year-old Solon teen urinate on her father's fence.
Two Solon teens were arrested and referred to the juvenile officer after one of them urinated on a man's fence, according to .
The urination was witnessed by the 43-year-old homeowner on Arthur Road and his wife, 9-year-old daughter and the grandmother. The man called the police.
The teens, both 17-years-old and from Solon, were picked up by police in the parking lot of Roxbury Elementary School. One of the teens was caught with marijuana blunts and a digital scale.

One teen was referred to the juvenile office on a public indecency charge, the other was charged with drug abuse and drug paraphernalia. All those charges are fourth-degree misdemeanors.
