Thief Hits Arby's Freezer, Steals 73 pounds of Meat

A thief with a craving for some good mood food stole 73 pounds of meat from the freezer at Arby's in Solon, according to the Solon Police Department.

The Arby's on SOM Center Road has a freezer outside behind the store with a padlocked door. In the early morning hours of Nov. 25, someone cut the lock and ran off with $311 worth of frozen meat, according to a police report.

That's 23 pounds of roast beef, 25 pounds of chicken and 25 pounds of corned beef.
