Woman's Purse Stolen from Applebee's, Later Recovered Lying in Driveway
Information provided by the Solon Police Department

An employee came to work at 10 a.m. on Oct. 6 and set her purse down on a chair, but 15 minutes before the restaurant opened, she found it was stolen, according to police.
The 36-year-old victim told her boss it was missing, and the two reviewed security footage that showed an unidentified woman walk into the restaurant, take the bag and leave, police said.
A passer-by found the bag about a half hour later lying in the driveway of The victim's cell phone was in the purse and the person used it to call her husband and ask if they'd lost the bag. The suspect took between $35 to $40 cash, police said.
