66 bed, 35,000-square-foot facility next to next to Strongsville Medical Center

A 66-bed, 35,000-square-foot Alzheimer's care facility has been proposed next to Southwest General Health Center and University Hospitals partnered Strongsville Medical Center, Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice and the Southwest General Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center reports Cleveland.com.
JEA Senior Living would buy 3.7 acres from Southwest General, operating the Alzheimer's care facility separate from the Southwest General-University Hospitals buildings Strongsville Mayor Thomas P. Perciak told Cleveland.com.
The site plan has been approved by the Strongsville planning commission and city council. Mayor Perciak says that once JEA secures the required permits from Strongsville's Building Department, they're ready to start construction as soon as May of this year.
