  1. The Cuyahoga County Council is considering a second opinion on its County Jail feasibility study. The current study is nearly a decade old. County Council President Pernel Jones previously called a second feasibility study a complete "waste of taxpayer money". If the second opinion is approved, DLZ Architecture, Inc will likely perform the study for $150,000. (Cleveland.com)
