- Cuyahoga County remains a yellow designation on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's COVID-19 transmission map. About half of the state's counties are currently red. County residents are advised to ask their healthcare provider whether or not they should be taking precautions such as wearing a mask. (Cleveland.com)
