Here are the top three stories in Strongsville today:
- Ohio records indicate that 24 Cuyahoga County restaurants were cited for food inspection violations during the 2021-2022 inspection period. Strongsville's Gourmé Deli Restaurant on Pearl Road was cited for 61 food inspection violations. Click to view the full list. (cleveland.com)
- The Strongsville Police Department responded to a call on Aug. 26 regarding an individual operating a motorized wheelchair in a reckless manner. According to the caller, the individual was weaving in and out of traffic on Pearl Road. Officers advised the man to operate the motorized wheelchair on the sidewalk. (cleveland.com)
- The Cuyahoga County Sherriff's Office's newest K-9 unit is already supporting the department's efforts. During two-year-old Atilla's first week on the job, the unit has already made several large narcotic seizures. The dog is from the Netherlands. Atilla will be assisting any federal or local department that requests K-9 assistance. (Cleveland 19)
