  1. The Cuyahoga County Council was presented with allegations of serious problems at the Jane Edna Hunter Social Services Center during last week's meeting. Two staff members of the county's Division of Children and Family Services presented the allegations that detailed the safety conditions that children are encountering while living in essentially an office building. According to the two women, extreme violence and understaffing are the two primary issues. (Ideastream)
