Police Blotter: Intruder Walks Into Woman's House; Other Odd Incidents Reported

A woman on Hampton Chase told police that someone walked into her house about 10:30 p.m. Dec. 14.
The intruder saw her and walked back out, leaving in a silver Jeep that was backed into her driveway.

The woman didn't hear anyone knocking, and didn't see the person well enough to tell if it was a man or woman.
Police checked the area for Jeeps, but did not find the suspect.

Random Questions
A man driving a minivan stopped a woman on Prospect Road Dec. 17 and asked her "a bunch of random questions," a report said.
When she refused to answer, he became belligerent and drove off.
The man had gray hair and a mustache and was driving an older dark green van.
Crawling Woman
A passerby reported a woman crawling on Whitney Road near Lowe's about 10:45 p.m. Dec. 13.
Police were unable to find the woman.
Underdressed Man
Two people reported a man not dressed for the weather on Whitney Road Dec. 16.
One caller spotted an elderly man wearing only swim trunks and riding a motorized scooter near Lowe's about 5 p.m.
Another witness saw a man without a shirt in a wheelchair by the Lowe's entrance about 6:10 p.m.
Police couldn't find the shirtless man.
Looked Everywhere
A man lost his car so completely at SouthPark Mall Dec. 15 that security officers spent two hours looking for it, a report said
The man said it was his fiance's car and he parked it near Macy's.
Police were able to find the vehicle. They notified mall security and asked them to relay the location to the driver.
