  1. The Strongsville City Council is considering a ban on giant shipping containers and rail cars in residential districts. The containers are becoming increasingly popular on city streets, and are being used as sheds and "man caves." The issue was first raised by the city's Planning Commission.   3. Cuyahoga County has settled a lawsuit with a former jail inmate. Michael Roarty-Nugent claimed that officers attacked him for asking for an extra carton of milk.
