Michael Symon's website describes Mabel's BBQ as:
Chef Michael Symon's Mabel’s BBQ is a Cleveland-style barbecue restaurant now open in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Using a mustard-based sauce and applewood-smoked meat, Symon has created a barbecue style for Clevelanders to call their own. The space’s arched ceilings, industrial lighting and exposed brick are reminiscent of Cleveland landmark West Side Market, evoking the feeling of a rustic smokehouse with a laid back vibe. Friends can kick back at a communal picnic table with folding chairs and a beer in hand to enjoy a menu of “pig parts,” sandwiches with “burnt ends,” kielbasa with house made kraut, and a whole bunch of barbecued meats.
