Strongsville Man Found Unresponsive in Vehicle on I-71 Dies
Strongsville police found the man in his car after a single-vehicle crash, the accident didn't appear to be the cause of death.

The case of a 65-year-old man was found unresponsive in his car off to the side of Interstate 71 near the Ohio Turnpike is being investigated by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office reports Cleveland.com.
Lt. John Janowski of the Strongsville police said that the man did not appear to have any physical injuries that would indicate he died from the accident.
"There was very little damage to the car. He possibly died of natural causes."

The man was identified as William D. Henry by the medical examiner. Henry was pronounced dead at Southwest General Hospital.
Henry was driving north on I-71 by himself when his car veered off the road and down an embankment stopping up against a tree. Cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner. Visit Cleveland.com for more details.
