Strongsville: One-Way Traffic On Drake During Paving

Press release from the City of Strongsville:

Resurfacing of Drake Road between Howe Road and West 130th Street is scheduled to start Aug. 24.

Construction is expected to take about 45 days, depending on weather.

During the project, traffic will be maintained EASTBOUND only on Drake Road. Westbound traffic will not be permitted on Drake starting at W. 130th.

Detour is W. 130th to Boston to Howe.

Emergency vehicles and school transportation will have access at all times.

The project was scheduled to being Aug. 16, but has been delayed by all the recent rainy weather.
