Walmart Security Catches Man Stealing Baby Formula

Strongsville police arrested a man after Walmart security watched him attempt to run out of the store with a cart full of infant formula without paying for it reports Cleveland.com.

The man was arrested in the parking lot by a Strongsville police officer arriving to the store. Security said that the man had been seen casing the store for about a week.
