Game Preview: Everything Comes Down to Tonight's Game Against Mentor
The Tigers have had a hard-fought season and if they have a chance at the playoffs, they need to knock off No. 1 Mentor

As well as the Twinsburg Tigers played this season, you hate to say it all comes down to one game, but in this case it does. The Tigers will need to knock off the no. 1 ranked Mentor Cardinals if they hope to make the playoffs next week.

1. Game Time: 7 p.m. tonight at Twinsburg Tigers Stadium.

2. Matchup History: What a way to meet. Mentor and Twinsburg haven't played eachother before, according to records dating back to 1945.
3. Season Records: Mentor steamrolled everyone this season with a record of 9-0, including a blowout of Strongsville last week, 38-7. The Tigers put the sting on the Medina Bees 37-7, bringing them to 6-3.

4. Players to Watch: Mentor's quarterback Mitch Trubisky has his Cardinals firing on all cylinders and the Tigers will need running back John Barton to control the game on the ground. Barton increased his season touchdown total to 30 and he has now run for 1,164 yards in addition to gaining another 480 yards in pass receptions.
But don't forget about Twinsburg's quarterbak Jalen Washington. Washington has thrown for 1,491 yards and 10 touchdowns and has one of the best quarterback ratings in Northeast Ohio.
