Mom Calls Police Because Daughter Won't Get Out of Bed: The Blotter
The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department

A Ridgewood Drive mother called police around 9 a.m. on March 20 because her 14-year-old daughter refused to get out of bed and go to school. The daughter was suspended and attending a juvenile program. According to the report, she was "influenced to get out of bed" and taken to school by police.

On March 20 police stopped a car on State Route 82 where a K9 unit found drugs inside the car. The driver got a ticket while the passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana and held for bond due to outstanding warrants.

On March 20 police were called to an and Ravenna Road. Officers said the man was stumbling around drunk and smelled of alcohol. He was charged with drunken driving and child endangerment because he had two children in the car at the time.

Police were called to the on Darrow Road for a report of panhandlers. A male and female were found and the man was arrested on a contempt warrant out of Brookpark. The woman was released with a warning.

An Twinsburg Parks and Recreation employee called police on March 21 for vandalism. The woman's bathroom at Glen Meadow Park had graffiti and a stall in the mens' room was damaged.
