One-Armed Man Shortchanges Bob Evans: The Blotter

The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department.

It doesn't take two arms to con people out of money.

On Friday, May 18, the manager of Bob Evans on Hadden Road called after a one-armed man took $20 from the restaruant.

The man short-changed the clerk after he paid for his coffee using a $20 dollar bill then asking the cahier to break change for multiple $20 bills.

The cashier told the manager she was scared because the man was being "agressive" and didn't realize what happened.
