Professional Plastics Inc. Moves Ohio Office to Twinsburg

Thanks to tax incentives by the city, Professional Plastics, Inc. is moving its Ohio office from Brooklyn Heights to Twinsburg, according to Crain's Cleveland Business.

The plastics distributor will get a 25 percent grant from its taxes to the city over the next five years for moving to vacant property on the 2445 Edison Boulevard property.

The company is expected to begin operations in Twinsburg by November, according to the report.

City council unanimously approved the tax incentive on Sept. 10.

“The whole objective of this program was to fill vacant spaces with growth-oriented companies,” Planning Director Larry Finch told Crain's Cleveland Business.
