School Board to Vote on Start of $3.2 Million in Changes
Twinsburg City Schools is looking at $3.2 million in budget cuts, new revenue

When the 's Board of Education meets tonight they will officially start the process of making cuts and increasing revenue by $3.2 million.
The board will give Superintendent Kathryn Powers a directive to cut expenses and increase revenue through the collection of fees by approximately $3.2 million for the 2012-13 school year. Changes will include adjustments in areas outlined at .
The specifics on what positions will be cut and how many will depend on what cost-cutting measures school officials ultimately decide on this spring. Officials are looking to make up the revenu mostly through budget cuts but also new revenue.

Ron Stuver, school board president, said at the previous meeting he wanted to give administrators a range to allow room for situations that arenβt foreseen right now.
βThings are changing so much that we need to give them room to move,β Stuver said.
