Woman Hits Officer With Wine Glass While Aiming for Husband

One Twinsburg woman's bad aim landed her in handcuffs.

Twinsburg police officers were escorting a Pebble Creek Drive man to his home to grab some clothing at around 8 p.m. on Dec. 11.

As the man tried to leave, his wife blocked him in, not letting him out of the door .

According to the police report, as officers were escorting the man out of the house, the woman "threw a glass of wine at her husband, hitting one of the officers."

The woman was charged with simple assault of a police officer, resisting an officer, and for a domestic violence dispute.
