20-Year-Old Woman Flips Car, Numerous Charges Follow
Underage consumption, possession of marijuana are some of the charges.
A 20-year-old Bay Village resident is one lucky woman. She rolled her 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor on March 30 at 3:30 p.m. on Clemens Road.
The woman took a turn at too high a speed, flipped and was lucky to walk away unhurt.
She wasn’t lucky enough to escape a litany of charges against her.

Westlake Police arrested her for operating a vehicle while under the influence, failure to control, possession of marijuana, carrying various weapons (a knife) and underage consumption.
She refused to take a breath test.
