Assault on a Police Officer, Spitting in a Cruiser: Two Out of Three Drunks Misbehave
Crocker Park trio forget to follow the law... on several fronts.

Three people were arrested after a disturbance on March 27 at 6:57 p.m. outside a Crocker Park Boulevard business.
When officers tried to arrest an intoxicated 36-year-old Cleveland man, he resisted. Then, a 41-year-old Cleveland woman decided to aggravate the situation; she interfered with the arrest by hitting an officer with her purse.
After refusing to identify herself she added an obstructing official business charge to her assault on a peace officer charge.ย

The male faces DCI and resisting arrest charges. He complained of undefined heart trouble as diagnosed by his doctor and was taken to St. John Medical Center where he was treated and released. He then continued his bad behavior by spitting all over the interior of the police cruiser which equals a harassment by an inmate charge.
The third party, a 55-year-old Cleveland man who started the whole incident, apparently found discretion to be the better part of valor; he was arrested for DCI without incident. He had been shouting obscenities inside a store and had refused to leave the womenโs restroom. ย ย ย ย ย
