City Of Westlake : Please Use And Store Rubbish/recycling Carts Properly
These carts must be stored in a manner that they cannot be seen from the street when not in use.

The City of Westlake would like to remind residents that rubbish and recycling carts should be placed at the curb after 6 p.m. the night before your regular collection day and should be removed from the tree lawn no later than 24 hours after collection. These carts must be stored in a manner that they cannot be seen from the street when not in use.
