One young woman from Westlake is going to remember her 18th birthday for some not-so-good reasons. Her parents allowed her to have a birthday party on July 11 on the condition that no alcohol was permitted.

She found out the hard way her parents meant it when they found underage drinking going on in the back yard and called . Numerous partygoers fled as the cops showed up.
The birthday girl was chaged with underage consumption and providing accommodations for underage consumption.

A 16-year-old Lakewood girl, 17-year-old Cleveland girl and 17-year-old Bay Village girl were all charged as minors for underage consumption and turned over to their parents.
