Gunman Reportedly Kills Couple In Westlake Home, Shoots Self
Police believe an engaged couple was shot and killed by a man who then shot himself, Westlake police announced.
WESTLAKE, OH — Police believe one of three people found dead inside a Westlake home shot two others before turning the gun on himself Monday.
Brent Shira, 45, of Jefferson, got into a Willow Run home and shot Yi Chai, 35, and Nathan Demetra, 31, killing both, said Cpt. Gerald Vogel of Westlake police. Chai and Demetra were reportedly engaged to be married, and police believe Shira had a previous relationship with Chai.

Westlake police are working with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner to investigate the deaths.
