Possible Munchies Lead to Late-Night Arrest
The following arrest information was provided by the Westlake Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Two people believed to be high on drugs ended up under arrest after being caught shoplifting from shortly after 1:30 a.m. on July 4.
The two had been trying to steal about $21 worth of merchandise.
A 20-year-old Bay Village woman gave a fake ID to the officers, and now faces theft and misidentification charges. She was also found to have a warrant out from Rocky River for a probation violation.

A 22-year-old North Olmsted man was charged with theft, and had outstanding warrants for theft-related charges in both Westlake and Bay Village.
