Drug Dealer Arrested In Newport: Police
Cash, meth, heroin, ecstasy, and illegal mushrooms were seized when Newport police searched the home of Nicholas Colman-Pinning.

NEWPORT, OR — Police seized a veritable cornucopia of illegal narcotics following the Tuesday arrest of an alleged drug dealer and manufacturer in Newport.
Nicholas Colman-Pinning, 33, was taken to the Lincoln County Jail and charged with the delivery, possession, and manufacturing of methamphetamine and heroin, as well as the possession of ecstasy and maintaining a place where controlled substances are kept. His bail is set at $715,000.
Colman-Pinning was previously convicted by a Lincoln County Judge on similar — and a few identical — charges in April 2015.

Also arrested Tuesday at Colman-Pinning's residence was 25-year-old Lillian Irene Gustafson. Taken to the Lincoln County Jail, Gustafson was charged with possession of methamphetamine and heroin, and frequenting a place where controlled substances are kept. Her bail is set $45,000.
Officers with the Newport Police Department served a search warrant at 2404 N.W. Nye St. Feb. 13 as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged drug dealing at the residence.

Using K9 Nero to help with the search, officers discovered and seized as evidence heroin, meth, ecstasy, psilocybin mushrooms, a large amount of cash, one vehicle, and various drug-related equipment — which included scales, packaging material, "drug records," and drug use paraphernalia.
