Lake Oswego Man Found Safe, Has Wandered Away Before
Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says that Kyle Buell was found safe after wandering away from a facility in Lake Oswego.

LAKE OSWEGO, OR — Kyle Ruell is safe again. That's the word from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
Buell is 22-years-old and developmentally disabled, functioning at around a 5-year-old level. He has been living in a Lake Oswego care facility and wandered away around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
He was found safe early Thursday morning.

This is not the first time Buell has sent people looking for him.

In 2019, he was with a caregiver at a Safeway when he wandered away. He was found safe the next day in that instance as well.
