After Kealoha's positive identification by three different detective teams, a Clackamas County judge signed a warrant which was subsequently carried out by the U.S. Marshals Service on Feb. 9.
Kealoha was already facing misdemeanor charges for assault, harassment and theft from an incident in August 2017, and that was after his March felony convictions for coercion and assault charges he received in February.
