The advisory council will provide community input around specific aspects of disaster planning and response for all types of hazards that impact Clackamas County. The Board hopes the Council will strengthen community engagement around emergency preparedness.

The Preparedness Council will also review after-action reports following response to disasters and address any identified gaps or areas of improvement that would benefit from additional community involvement.
