Missing Maine Man Found Thursday: Sheriff

Nathan Haynes was reportedly missing somewhere in the Mt. Hood Nat'l Forest since Monday. He was found safe on Thursday.

ZIG ZAG, OR β€” A Maine man who'd reportedly gone missing in the Mt. Hood National Forest was found safe on Thursday, according to Clackamas County Sheriff's officials. Nathan Russell Haynes, 35, had not been seen since Monday, when he was spotted walking in the area near Lolo Pass Road, north of Highway 26, near Zig Zag.

Clackamas County Sheriff's officials said they do not know why Haynes came to Clackamas County, Oregon, but they believed he was experiencing a mental health crisis.
